Pear & Rosemary Beef Skillet
Ingredients
- 500 g beef sirloin, sliced into strips
- 2 ripe pears, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 120 ml beef broth
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season the beef with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over high heat.
- Sear the beef strips for 2–3 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté the pear slices for 2–3 minutes until lightly caramelized.
- Add garlic, honey, and rosemary. Cook for 1 minute.
- Pour in the beef broth and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Return the beef to the skillet and toss everything together.
- Cook for another 2–3 minutes and garnish with fresh parsley.
