Ingredients
For the Shrimp
- 500 g shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
For the Cream Sauce
- 200 ml heavy cream
- 50 g grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 tsp chili flakes (optional)
For Serving
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season shrimp with paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
- Add shrimp and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until pink.
- Pour in the cream and stir in Parmesan cheese.
- Add lemon juice, parsley, and chili flakes.
- Simmer for 2–3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Serve over fluffy white rice and garnish with parsley.
