Creamy Tomato Parmesan Pasta
Ingredients
- 300 g spaghetti
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ tsp paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Cook the spaghetti according to package directions and drain.
- Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
- Stir in the tomato paste and paprika.
- Pour in the cream and simmer for 2–3 minutes.
- Add the Parmesan cheese and stir until smooth.
- Toss the cooked pasta into the sauce until fully coated.
- Garnish with parsley and extra Parmesan before serving.
