Creamy Garlic Butter Steak Pasta

Ingredients

For the Steak

  • 500 g sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

For the Pasta

  • 300 g medium shell pasta (or your favorite pasta)
  • Water and salt for boiling

For the Creamy Sauce

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream (250 ml)
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese (optional, for extra creaminess)
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • ½ cup diced tomatoes (optional)
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season the steak cubes with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over high heat. Add the steak and sear for 2–3 minutes on each side until browned. Add the butter and minced garlic, cook for another minute, then remove the steak from the pan.
  4. In the same skillet, melt the butter and sauté the onion until soft. Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese and mozzarella until melted and smooth.
  6. Add the paprika, black pepper, spinach, and diced tomatoes. Cook for 2–3 minutes until the spinach wilts.
  7. Return the cooked steak to the skillet and stir gently.
  8. Add the cooked pasta and toss until everything is evenly coated in the creamy garlic sauce.
  9. Garnish with chopped parsley and extra Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately while hot.
