Salted Caramel Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients

  • 200g dark chocolate
  • 1½ cups heavy cream
  • 3 tbsp salted caramel sauce
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Chocolate shavings for garnish
  • Extra caramel sauce for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Melt the dark chocolate and let it cool slightly.
  2. Whip 1 cup of the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  3. Fold the melted chocolate gently into the whipped cream.
  4. In a separate bowl, whip the remaining cream with powdered sugar and vanilla.

  6. Chill for at least 2 hours.
