Peach Cool Whip Pie
Ingredients
For the Crust
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
For the Filling
- 1 (3.4 oz / 96 g) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 cup cold milk
- 1 (15 oz / 425 g) can sliced peaches, drained and chopped
- 1 (8 oz / 226 g) tub Cool Whip, thawed (or 3 cups whipped topping)
For the Topping
- Extra chopped peaches
- Additional Cool Whip (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar.
- Press the mixture firmly into a 9-inch pie dish.
- Refrigerate the crust for 20–30 minutes until firm.
- In another bowl, whisk the instant vanilla pudding mix with the cold milk for about 2 minutes until thickened.
- Fold in half of the Cool Whip until smooth.
- Gently stir in the chopped peaches.
- Spread the filling evenly over the chilled crust.
- Top with the remaining Cool Whip.
- Garnish with extra chopped peaches.
- Chill for at least 4 hours (or overnight) before slicing and serving.
