Garlic Butter Beef & Rice Skillet
Ingredients (Serves 4)
- 500 g beef sirloin, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 cups cooked jasmine rice
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- Grated Parmesan (optional)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season the beef with paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Sear the beef for 2–3 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt the butter and sauté the onion, mushrooms, and garlic until fragrant.
- Stir in the cooked rice and soy sauce, mixing well.
- Return the beef to the skillet and toss everything together for 2 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and Parmesan cheese if desired.
- Serve immediately while hot.
