Raspberry Banana Frozen Dessert

- 300–350 g fresh or frozen raspberries
- 500 ml heavy cream
- 250 g mascarpone or cream cheese
- 100 g powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Powdered sugar, for decorating

- Slice the bananas and set aside.
