Coconut Wafer Balls (No-Bake)

Ingredients

  • 200 g vanilla wafers, finely crushed
  • 30 g unsweetened shredded coconut (plus extra for coating)
  • 150 g sweetened condensed milk
  • Whole hazelnuts or any nuts of your choice (optional, for the center)
  • Melted white chocolate (optional, for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Crush the wafers into fine crumbs using a food processor.
  2. Add the shredded coconut and sweetened condensed milk.
  3. Mix well until a soft, moldable dough forms.
  4. Lightly wet your hands with water.
  5. Take a small portion of the mixture, flatten it slightly, and place a hazelnut in the center (if using).
  6. Roll into smooth balls.
  7. Coat each ball evenly in shredded coconut.
  8. Arrange on a serving plate and refrigerate for 1 hour until firm.
  9. If desired, drizzle with melted white chocolate before serving.
