Ingredients
- 200 g vanilla wafers, finely crushed
- 30 g unsweetened shredded coconut (plus extra for coating)
- 150 g sweetened condensed milk
- Whole hazelnuts or any nuts of your choice (optional, for the center)
- Melted white chocolate (optional, for drizzling)
Instructions
- Crush the wafers into fine crumbs using a food processor.
- Add the shredded coconut and sweetened condensed milk.
- Mix well until a soft, moldable dough forms.
- Lightly wet your hands with water.
- Take a small portion of the mixture, flatten it slightly, and place a hazelnut in the center (if using).
- Roll into smooth balls.
- Coat each ball evenly in shredded coconut.
- Arrange on a serving plate and refrigerate for 1 hour until firm.
- If desired, drizzle with melted white chocolate before serving.
