Ingredients
For the Crumble Layer
- 200 g digestive biscuits, crushed
- 60 g melted butter
For the Cheesecake Cream
- 250 g cream cheese, softened
- 200 ml whipping cream
- 3 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
For the Berry Layer
- 1 cup strawberries, diced
- 1 cup raspberries
- 2 tbsp berry jam
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
For Decoration
- Fresh strawberries
- Fresh raspberries
- Chocolate cookie crumbs
- Chocolate drizzle
- Mint leaves
Instructions
- Mix the crushed biscuits with melted butter.
- Beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Whip the cream until fluffy and fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
- Mix the berries with jam and lemon juice.
- In a large dessert glass, add a layer of biscuit crumbs.
- Add a layer of berry mixture.
- Pipe or spoon the cheesecake cream on top.
- Repeat the layers once more.
- Decorate with fresh berries, cookie crumbs, chocolate drizzle, and mint leaves.
- Chill for 1 hour before serving.
